RG Quality Management is the data controller for personal information submitted through this website. Only information needed to provide the requested service, respond to enquiries, fulfil orders and meet legal or accounting obligations is collected.

Pricing guide requests

If you request the services and pricing guide, your name and email address are used to send that guide. Your email address is not added to a marketing list and no automated sales follow-up sequence is sent.

Contact enquiries

If you contact RG Quality Management through the website, the information you provide is used to read, assess and respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to take steps requested before entering into a contract.

Orders and digital products

If you purchase a digital product, Stripe processes the payment. RG Quality Management receives the information needed to confirm and fulfil the order, such as your email address, order details and payment status, but does not receive your full card number. Order information is used to fulfil the purchase, provide support, prevent misuse and meet accounting or legal obligations.

Lawful bases

Information is processed where necessary to provide a requested service or perform a contract, to take requested steps before a contract, to meet legal obligations, or for legitimate business interests such as responding to enquiries, maintaining records, securing the website and resolving order problems.

Service providers

Netlify is used to host the website and website functions, Purelymail is used for transactional email and Stripe is used for payment processing. These providers process information needed to operate their services under their own contractual and privacy arrangements.

Marketing

Information submitted through the pricing, contact or checkout flows is not sold and is not used for marketing unless you separately and explicitly choose to receive marketing in the future.

Retention

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage any resulting business relationship and maintain appropriate business records. Transaction and accounting records may be retained for the period required by tax, accounting or legal obligations, normally up to six years.

Cookies and local storage

RG Quality Management does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. The template store uses essential browser storage to remember the contents of your basket. Stripe may use its own necessary security and payment technologies when you proceed to checkout.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to certain processing. To raise a privacy question or request, use the website contact form.
