Digital product and website terms
These terms apply to digital templates and document packs purchased from RG Quality Management. Consultancy services are separately scoped and agreed in writing.
Business purchases
The template store is intended for business and professional use. By purchasing, you confirm that you are buying wholly or mainly for the purposes of a trade, business, craft or profession. If you are legally a consumer despite that confirmation, nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Licence
A standard purchase gives one legal entity a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and adapt the product for its own internal business activities and its own projects and contracts. Completed, project-specific outputs may be shared with relevant customers, suppliers and other project parties where reasonably necessary.
The editable source template or pack must not be resold, sublicensed, published, uploaded to a public repository, distributed as a standalone resource or used to create a competing template product. Reuse as a template library across unrelated client organisations requires a separate consultant or multi-organisation licence.
Standards, compliance and professional judgement
Where a product is described as aligned to, supporting or addressing a named standard, that statement relates to the revision and scope identified in the product description. Products must still be tailored to the organisation, product, customer, contract, applicable law and customer-specific requirements. Purchase of a template does not itself constitute certification, regulatory approval, customer approval or a guarantee of compliance.
Digital delivery
Digital products are made available after successful payment. Customers are responsible for downloading and securely retaining their files. If a paid download fails, contact RG Quality Management using the website contact form and include the order email address so the order can be verified.
Refunds and corrections
Change-of-mind refunds are not normally offered once access to a digital product has been provided. If a file is corrupt, incomplete, cannot be downloaded or materially does not match its product description, RG Quality Management will first correct the issue or provide a replacement. If the problem cannot be remedied within a reasonable time, the affected product will be refunded. Verified duplicate purchases reported within 14 days will also be refunded.

Updates and support
A purchase covers the version supplied at the time of purchase. It does not include an entitlement to future revisions, new editions or consultancy support unless the product description says otherwise. Corrections needed to fix an error in the supplied file will be provided without additional charge.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Payment is processed by Stripe. Where any tax is legally applicable and charged, it will be shown before payment is completed. RG Quality Management does not receive full payment-card details.
Intellectual property
Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the templates, document packs, website content and associated materials remain with RG Quality Management or the relevant rights holder. The purchase price grants the licence described above; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Liability
For digital products, and to the extent permitted by law, RG Quality Management is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity or anticipated savings arising from use of a product. Aggregate liability relating to a digital product is limited to the amount paid for that product. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Consultancy services
Website descriptions and indicative pricing are not a binding quotation or acceptance of work. Consultancy services begin only when scope, fees, timing and any applicable engagement terms have been agreed in writing.
Governing law
Business purchases are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
