Intended use

For Quality professionals who need to assess audit priorities and organise an audit programme using a risk-based approach. Apply the workbook using your organisation’s requirements, risk criteria and audit processes.

The product is a standalone editable workbook, not a subscription or hosted software service.

Plan audits around risk.

The workbook supports a structured approach to deciding what needs audit attention and organising the resulting programme.

Separate standards assessments

AS9100 and ISO 9001 have their own assessment worksheets. The workbook is designed around requirement-level risk assessment rather than treating every audit topic as having identical priority.

Use your organisation’s applicable requirements, processes and risk criteria when completing and maintaining the assessments.

Results and audit planning

Results and Audit Plan worksheets provide the route from assessment to audit programme. The workbook also includes Settings & Scales and Peak score checks, alongside the START HERE sheet.

The audit programme still requires appropriate Quality judgement, competent auditors, suitable audit criteria and review as risks and business circumstances change.

Before you purchase.

Which worksheets are included?

START HERE, Settings & Scales, AS9100, ISO 9001, Results, Audit Plan and Peak score checks. The preview shows only the first worksheet, with the remaining tab names visible.

Is this a completed audit programme?

No. It is an editable planning tool. The purchaser is responsible for applying its own requirements, risk assessments, audit arrangements and review criteria. The workbook does not replace competent audit planning or guarantee certification or audit outcomes.

Can I inspect the complete workbook before buying?

The page provides a limited preview of the START HERE sheet. The other worksheets, detailed requirements and underlying formulas are not made available publicly.

What do I receive after payment?

The original editable Microsoft Excel XLSX file through the verified order page. It is a one-off digital purchase, not a subscription or hosted audit-management service.

Licence and delivery.

The standard purchase gives one legal entity a non-exclusive licence to use and adapt the workbook for its own internal business activities, projects and contracts. Completed outputs may be shared where reasonably necessary, but the editable source workbook cannot be resold or distributed as a standalone resource.

After successful Stripe payment, the order page verifies the payment and makes the original Excel file available for download. Keep your order confirmation so you can contact RG Quality Management if you need help retrieving your purchase.

Build an AS9100 internal audit programme around risk, not a calendar habit.

A useful audit planner should help decide what needs assurance most, not simply repeat the same annual schedule. The workbook separates assessment from planning so higher-risk processes, weak controls, customer issues and previous findings can influence audit priority.
